NWIH is a group of clinics where they use a holistic approach to treat SUD (Substance Use Disorder) by attending to all aspects of a patient’s life.

Northwest Integrated Health had a challenge with communicating the plethora of services they offer for their clients. Most of the clients only knew them as a dosing center for Substance Use Disorder medications but didn’t realize the holistic approach they offer through behavioral and psychological counseling.

After a thorough web strategy session mining their vision and goal for the website, we also delved into the patient personas, demographics, psychographics, pain points, and their needs. We scoured competitor websites to clarify the differentiator for NWIH and the result was an award winner.

Messaging was carefully crafted, and Images were precisely chosen to reflect the recovery from SUD, not its damaging effects. Personal stories of triumph were mindfully composed with words of empathy to make the target audience feel welcome. With the first-time website visitor in mind, a comprehensive list of FAQs and a step-by-step recovery process were developed to clarify the list of services.

Image treatment, colors and fonts were all chosen to convey the enthusiasm, warmth and empathy their entire staff feels towards every single client who walks through their 5 clinics.

The best remark was, “it’s the happiest website I’ve seen for SUD treatment.”

NWIH is GDUSA Health & Wellness Award Winner.
